- It had a super basic vanilla taste. I really like it. The fat content at 10.9% is neither too much nor too little. The aftertaste is clean as well.
- The sweetness is almost perfect with a Belgian-style waffle.
- Scoopability after keeping it in the fridge for 2 days was not super nice. I had to wait quite a while to scoop it out easily. I’ll try some combinations of stabilizers later.
- My new vanilla paste is disappointing. I should find a better one.
