  • Started a bit in a rush at temp 11.0C, so the total churning took 25 minutes.
  • The taste was too light and too milky. I’ll try a higher ratio of sweet potatoes next time.
  • The texture was a bit firm, as the water content was quite high.
  • I steamed the sweet potatoes. Next time I’ll try a baked version.
