  • I’m still learning and testing some recipes. I’ll need to adjust them eventually.
  • This was the first sorbet try, and I liked it. Since all its flavor basically comes from the mango itself, the main ingredient is especially the key for this kind of recipe.
  • I blended Hot + Cold base ingredients with a Vitamix, and found the base was quite thick. It was hard to blend super fine. Maybe because I used frozen mango? Although I thawed it as much as possible. I’d like to try with raw mango next time.
  • Balance was good. Lime juice gives a delightful tangy taste + clean taste.
