- The taste is quite dark and not super sweet. I like it.
- The viscosity is low. I feel like it melts like liquid, not cream.
- This recipe gives a clear aftertaste, but also has a little bit of a crumbled glucose syrup taste? That I can feel on my teeth sometimes. It is not super pleasant, although it is easy to ignore. I’d like to remove that weird texture eventually.
